BARCA Leeds Harm Reduction Service offers innovative approaches to Harm Reduction to maximise positive health and social outcome including access to treatment. The Service caters for the whole of the West and North West Leeds area and provides information and support, outreach, needle exchange scheme, education and training whilst seeking to improve services to those having issues around drug use. This also includes addressing public concerns, community safety, community awareness and promoting better understanding. The project is easily accessible to all drug users, families, carers, friends and concerned members of the community.

The team is committed to encouraging client involvement regarding the implementation and running of the service. As a project we are committed to working in partnership and promoting integrated services across Leeds.
