BARCA-LEEDS is a neighbourhood focussed, voluntary sector, community development organisation. It works in a multipurpose way, helping all the children, young people and adults for whom it provides health and education services to reach their full potential. In doing so, it aims to help them make a positive contribution to the social and economic well-being of their communities.
