Our Theory of Change (TOC) is focused on creating an inclusive education system for young people, and many of the needs, concepts and principles underpin our general youth work approach to support young people to identify, reimagine and create improved systems that address systemic injustice and inequity.
We work in disadvantaged areas of Leeds where school exclusion or transitions in adolescence are leading to NEET situations (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and/or involvement in the youth justice system for many. Our TOC shapes our approach and decision making and drives positive change in policy and practice to help create a fairer future.
