Barca-Leeds are pleased to announce a new service providing support for adults on probation from ethnic minority groups to develop skills and work readiness that enables them to move towards education, employment and training.
The Rebuild service will deliver tailored one to one support to engage, enable and empower individuals to overcome the barriers they face in finding employment and training. The team offers a culturally aware approach to help people identify and achieve their goals, including creating a career plan, gaining work experience, providing emotional and practical support, and signposting to housing and money support.
