Tailored and bespoke support to empower health and care employees and Managers in Leeds to thrive in their roles while managing their own health and wellbeing.

Who is the service for?

Any Employees working in a health and care organisation in Leeds, including:

  • Those who are currently in work but would benefit from wellbeing support to remain well in work; those currently absent from work or for anyone returning after a period of absence.
  • Individuals and Managers who would benefit from support with workplace adjustments and/or coaching.

Thrive at Work supports health and social care staff in Leeds to excel in their roles while managing their health. The Hub is part of Linking Leeds and offers a range of support services, including:

  • Health and Work Coaching Service – a combination of work coaching, health coaching, and social prescribing to help employees manage their health at work.
  • A Leeds Workplace Adjustment Service – Support for employees and Managers to implement adjustments.
  • Mental Health Fast Track support – Quick access to first-stage therapies for individuals needing urgent mental health support. This service is not suitable for individuals requiring medical diagnosis, treatment, or crisis mental health support.
  • Musculoskeletal (MSK) support
  • Support with career choices and transition
